Join Sarah Bradbury and experience the art of deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra, better known as sleep yoga, where you will be guided through a series of breath, body awareness and visualisation techniques, all to deeply relax and rejuvenate mind and body.
You will be lying down for most of the class, so please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring with you a yoga mat, 2 pillows and 2 blankets, so you can be warm and comfy during your relaxation. (spare mats available)
