Silver Circuits – Over 60′s
The dance exercises aim to gain improvement in flexibility, strength, balance and mobility in all adults. This can lead to increased independence, improved functional ability for daily tasks which in turn can improve self confidence.
There is also the social aspect of attending a class which can lead to a more positive approach to life, improved mood, reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
The classes are instructed by Susan Wieneke a REPS'S level 3 instructor. Susan is a fully qualified, fitness instructor, Yoga teacher. Personal trainer holding older adult specialty qualification and also experience with instructing adults with learning difficulties.
