- Your instructor is trained in Pilates, delivering a progressive mat-based course.
- As correct technique is encouraged there is a maximum of 10 participants, you will experience faster results and greater personal progression.
- All equipment will be provided!
- The course is for all age ranges and levels of fitness.
- Even those who have never embarked upon any form of physical fitness regime can join.
- The slow controlled flowing movements primarily strengthen the core muscles that stabilize and support the spine, help in realigning the body, and aid correction of postural problems.
- Pilates brings mind and body together, focusing total concentration, balance, precision and breathing.
