Mindfulness Meditation Support Group
Pat will be running monthly meetings for anyone interested in Mindful Meditation. This group is for anyone who is interested in having some space to explore, practice or just simply enjoy.
This is an open house for all comers. Some people who come are already practicing Mindfulness, some are familiar with meditation from another practice or have heard of Mindfulness and would like to explore it, some know nothing at all and are just curious.
Each meeting has a theme with some information and lots of time for practicing meditation in the form of sitting, lying and movement.
No need to book in advance, just turn up on the day.
There is no need to book. Each group is made up of some people who come reguarly as well as new faces....everyone is welcome.
