Get fit the FUN way with our fantastic HIIT Training Cardio based routines, choreographed to chart topping music on Mini Trampolines! Burn up to 800 Calories per class with our High Intensity, Low Impact workout - just 10 minutes work on a trampoline is the equivalent to a 30 minute run!! Our Boogie Bounce Xtreme classes finish with a legs, bums and arms toning section for a full body workout. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, we welcome age 12+ to our Adult classes.
